All our slimes are 100% handmade, hence they require a production time.

Domestic Orders (The Netherlands)
For domestic orders within the Netherlands, please note that the processing time is currently 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This means that once you place your order, we package the items you ordered and prepare them for shipment within 3-5 days. Once the order ships, it takes 1-3 additional business days to deliver your order, the delivery time frame depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and the distance between our shipping centre and your shipping address.

International orders (European Union, UK, USA, etc)
For international destinations within European Union, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once the order ships, it takes additional 3-8 business days to deliver your order.
Your country may charge you import duties, or a VAT based on the price of your purchase. Every country has its own fees and policies so if you have questions, it is best to contact your customs department. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We will not be responsible for delays due to customs.

For all orders
Once the order ships, buyers are responsible to monitor the delivery status and contact the courier company in case the delivery is in delay or delivery is not successful for whatever reason. We are happy to help in case you need assistance, however, please note that once we handover the package to courier company, we do not have control over the shipment, so we highly recommend buyers to actively follow up the shipment until the package arrives.
