For health and sanitary reasons, and due to the nature of slime being handcrafted and expendable product which degrades over time, we do not accept return, exchanges or refund. All products are final sale, and slime cannot be returned even if is unopened.

We will happily replace products damaged during shipping if you contact us at support@yarachubbyslimes.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo or video as proof of damage . In this case, we ask that you ship it back to us in the condition that you received it for refunds or replacements.
